☀️ Summer Drop-In Schedule Update

To accomodate our summer programming, we are temporarily shifting our technical support hours at the Lansdowne Branch:

  • Standard Hours: Tuesdays, 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM

  • Summer Hours (Effective Now): Thursdays, 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM

What We Offer (And What We Don't)

Our sessions are strictly educational, in-library learning experiences. Because we are focused on teaching, please keep the following boundaries in mind:

  • Yes, we do: Teach you how to use apps, devices, navigate websites, adjust settings, and master library digital resources.

  • No, we don't: Offer physical repairs, hardware maintenance, virus/malware remediation, or device troubleshooting for broken tech.

  • In-Library Only: All services are conducted on-site; we do not provide in-home technical support.

Can't Make It on Thursdays?

No problem! If you need assistance at a different branch or outside of our summer Thursday hours, we can still help.
