IMPORTANT: Once you have logged in, you will need to click on "My Account."
Under "My Account" you will have 4 options to choose from:
- Review My Account
Lists current loans, holds and messages from staff
- Renew My Material
- User PIN Change
- Change My Address
How to Place a Hold
Follow the steps outlined below to place a hold using our online catalogue:
- Access the catalogue and conduct your search.
- DO NOT LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT
- Click on Details Button and then click on PLACE HOLD.
- Enter your User ID: Put in all 14 digits of your membership card.
- Enter your PIN: Put in 4 digit PIN number provided by the Library.
- Select the branch where you want to pick up your book.
- Click OK.
- You will be notified when the item arrives at the branch.
