Library planning is the major responsibility of the Leeds and the Thousand Islands Public Library Board. The Board is committed to on-going strategic planning. The Board will be responsive to community needs, establish priorities, communicate with key decision makers, enable continuity of services, account for library funding and avoid duplication of community services.
